Binghamton activists call for affordable housing with banner drop

"BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Binghamton activists participated in a statewide call for action on Thursday.

Members of Citizens Action of New York and local community members participated in a 20-foot banner drop at Binghamton City Hall to advocate for affordable housing.

The effort was part of the Invest in New York campaign, an organization that calls for equal access to necessary resources despite a person’s class level."
